Reporter App App Reviews

101 add

Good but needs one thing.

It would be great if I could restrict reviews to a specific time. Im no awake at 3:00am so why alert me then?

Lovely app

Wish the tap targets were a little bigger. Also, if my question is longer that the full question appears on screen. Once these issues are fixed its a near perfect app. Thanks again.

Great overall

This app is great overall. It just needs a few things to take it up to the next level. The biggest thing it needs is the ability to set specific times for specific questions to pop up. Im at work during the day, and cant be messing with my phone. It currently has options for questions at Wake Up, Randomly, and Before Bed. A fourth option that allows a specific time would be perfect.

Great app!

Like the concept and execution of this app. Random short surveys are perfect for busy people. A small gripe for me is the app doesnt display decimal points in reports, only whole numbers. Decimals points are useful when recording metric weight (ex 67.5 kg).

Thanks

Please randomize somehow order of questions and add option to have not all questions asked, I have a lot of them and it would be nice to have a couple of questions in one report, another couple in another and so on

Great!

Another way to become too social!

Wheres iCloud? Need MORE questions!

Amazing app, but please, randomize questions order, add more questions (up to 30-50) and dont ask me all questions at once. 5 questions per respond would be ok.

Slow slow slow

Version 1.0.7 allows you to edit null values in the early polls. Its good. But now when using the observed wild brakes. It spoils the entire experience and discourages further wishes to use.

Rate

Last app version slowly and have more bugs. :-(

Nice idea, needs a little work

Very handy app for those obsessed with self-quantification; Im sure that the data accumulated over a long while is very interesting. The app does what it is meant to do, no real complaints. I havent been able to get data export to work yet. Id like to see more data storage services than just Dropbox (Google Drive? iCloud?) and a facility to auto-enable ‘asleep’ mode when iPhone is in Do Not Disturb mode. I hope the authors will also construct some form of visualisation for those of us not gifted with their mad data skillz.

Suggestions

Great app but in my opinion it is missing a couple of things: - Apple health implementation - Conditional questions - Something to track your movements while youre driving or travelling to monitor your traveled distance

Exactly what I needed.

A great personal experience sampling app for quantified journaling. Completely customizable yet an extremely clean interface. This is just what Ive been looking for.

Dwindle in use...

I really loved this app at first but slowly I just stopped using it. It became dull. There needs to be more of a user reward for using it. Maybe some goal aspect? Achievements? Something...

Really a great app, excited to see how it evolves

Downgraded! Used to like the app but it is extremely buggy now. Reporting fields are showing twice + some are being skipped and filled with other fields answers.

Half-Baked, but by a Top Chef

Great work by Nick Felton & co., but the actual reporting mechanism becomes incredibly tedious over time. Not sure how that can be fixed. Maybe a goal, like automated weekly, monthly, and yearly reports generated in-app? Also, the "Where are you?" question keeps locking venues and I dont know how to remove them. Someone help!

I want to remember.

I find this app successful in capturing everything I tell it. I believe dedication to creating your own record is really a matter of your own motivation. Im motivated. Tedious? Maybe. Regardless, Im able to change and add questions. It has a sensor that knows more about my movement than I do. It reminds me of what I want to think about each day. It can be ignored if Im busy. Im doing this thing. I like it.

Sluggish, unstable, disappointed...

Recently...the app has become unreliable. Support from the developer was weak so I decided to "eat" the $3.99 and move on. Too bad...it was one of my favorite apps.

Latest release is super buggy

I have used this app for the last few months and really found it not only interesting for tracking my life trends, but a good motivating and reminding tool for habits. Unfortunately, the latest release is super buggy, asking questions twice and not allowing edits to questions that have been answered incorrectly? Cant tell whats going on here but my data has been skewed for the last month because of it. Please repair!!

A good start

The app has certain qualities that I found to be enjoyable, such as the low time investment with taking surveys, minimal intrusiveness of survey prompts, and the overall ease of use. However, the main problem I have with the app is that it doesnt really tell me anything useful. It just returns the same information that I put in and counts how many times I entered that particular piece of information. If you want to count how many times you do something over a period of time, then this app will be excellent for you. If you want the app to make connections between pieces of data that you enter, then youre definitely not going to find this app to be as useful.

Updates were good but so buggy!

**update I still use averaging 9 entires a day but the entires and edits are so buggy and incorrect I wonder if its worth it anymore my data is always messed up! Great that we can edit responses although now some of my note entries only have a numerical keyboard come up so I cant type responses
